Upcoming Activities
Join your Arrowhead school friends and families for a fun fall evening of pumpkin carving!
Friday, October 23
5:00-7:00 PM
Arrowhead Elementary Gym
Come carve, create, and enjoy some time together as a school community!
Bring your family, pumpkins, and your carving supplies! Please bring a tablecloth, newspaper, and tarp to protect the tables, and especially the gym floor. Please bring all supplies you would like to use: markers, tape, stencils, carving tools, gloves, garbage bags, etc.
Families are responsible for supervising their own children. We can’t wait to see everyone’s pumpkin creations!
Come BOO-gie the night away at our Monster Mash Costume Dance! Students and adults are welcome to dress up in appropriate costumes to our fall dance! Nothing scary, with violence, gore, masks, weapons or offensive attire. You will be asked to change if a costume is inappropriate. Please make sure your child won’t overheat in their costume and can easily change to use the bathroom.
This is not a drop off event – an adult needs to supervise their student. All participants need to stay in the Arrowhead elementary gym or in designated quiet classrooms.
Pre-sale tickets sold before and after school October 27-30th.
Tickets $5 per child, adults are free. Concessions can be purchased at pre-sale or at the dance.
We will need volunteers! Since you already need to be there with your child, sign up to help too! You can volunteer here
Collection bins will be in front of the office the first week of November. All the collected candy is used to create care packages for the military.
Neal Smiles will donate $1 per pound collected to our PTA. The school that brings in the largest haul will receive double the donation.
Arrowhead PTA is looking for a volunteer to organize this. Email execteam@ptaarrowhead if you can help!

Past Activities, 2026-2027
Join us for a night of fun, friends, and games in the Arrowhead gym! Grab some dinner at the food truck and enjoy an evening of games!
Board Games: Bring a game to share or choose from a selection provided by the school library. Please be respectful of all games and put them away when done.
BINGO: Test your luck with an evening of BINGO in the other half of the gym. Exciting prizes for winners. Some prizes donated by Ostroms Drug and Gift and Zulu’s Board Game Cafe.
We are still looking for a few more volunteers to help make our Bingo & Family Board Game Night a fun and welcoming event for everyone! Whether you can help with setup, leading BINGO, or cleanup, we’d love to have you or your middle school or high school student join us!
If you have NEW or gently used games, toys, art supplies, books, fidgets, etc. to use as prizes for BINGO night, please drop off at the office by October 12th or bring them to Game Night. Thank you for your generosity!

Please join us at 5:00 PM in the Arrowhead Gym for a special welcome to the new school year!
Principal Ali Airhart will welcome families and share what you can look forward to in our school community this year. The PTA Executive Board will also introduce themselves and highlight the amazing programs, activities, and events your children can enjoy throughout the year.
Following the welcome, Principal Airhart will dismiss families to visit their child’s Homeroom classroom.
After meeting with your students’ Homeroom Teacher, you are welcome to join your child’s Math Teacher/Classroom. Some students have their same homeroom teacher as their math teacher. Other students “walk to math,” and therefore at approximately 5:45pm, families can also walk to their students’ math classroom.
Families with second grade Hicapp students are also welcome to join their third grade Math classroom/Teacher at 5:45pm.
We look forward to welcoming you and kicking off a wonderful school year together!
