LEVEL 1: Raise $5,000: Potentiallly Teacher and Kids wear PJs to school OR Show and Tell Day OR Bring Stuffies to school
LEVEL 2: Raise $10,000: Potentially Teachers wear Costumes to school (crazy hair day, etc) OR Pie in face for beloved Staff OR Treat Day OR Extra Recess!
LEVEL 3: Reach our GOAL $17,000: PTA Presidents get slimed! Principal Airhart Ice Bucket Challenge, Celebration Assembly! Extra Recess!

What does the PTA do with your Donation?
- Teacher and Staff Support: Classroom supplies, books, funding for classrooms, funds Field Trips, provides volunteers to support Staff, Staff/Teacher Appreciation
- Student Programs: Art and Clay classes, Art and clay supplies, Musical instruments, Technology resources, Before and After school clubs, Lunchtime clubs, Band, Play Club, Bike Bus, Popcorn Fridays, STEM opportunities.
- Arrowhead Community Events/Fun for Everyone: Game Night, Community Night, Art Auction, Movie Nights, Pumpkin Carving Night, Dances, STEM, Missoula Children’s Theatre, Talent/Variety Show, 5th Grade Camp and Graduation, Parents’ Night out, Parent Community Building events, Carnival… and much much more!!!
- Advocacy/Parent Support: Advocacy to help our kids, Parent Education, Initiatives to support Mental health, Neurodivergent learners, Screen and Digital Safety, Bullying prevention. Advocacy and partnering with the Teachers, Administrations, School Board, and at the State Legislative level.

Together, we can help our school community continue to grow and thrive. Our goal this fall is to raise $17,000! This funds all the PTA programming listed above!
Annual Hawk Walk – Spring Fundraiser!

Time: Lunch Recess
Location: Arrowhead
The Hawk Walk is a fun recess activity for students AND our 2027 spring fundraiser.
Your generous donation plays a vital role in supporting enrichment activities that go directly to our classrooms. These funds enrich our students’ learning opportunities by funding field trips, gym equipment, additional teaching resources for special projects, and more!
With continued budget shortfall, these funds are critically important for teachers to access to enrich each student’s learning experience.

Ongoing Fundraising
Arrowhead Elementary is truly a community-supported school. Working together as a team is vital to create a strong school community where everyone feels supported and appreciated. Each year your generous donations fund amazing programs that benefit every Arrowhead student. With your support, Arrowhead Elementary PTA provides:
- Classroom Funds for books and supplies.
- Enrichment Programs including, Art Docent, Clay Docent, Reflections.
- Scholarship Funds support access for students to PTA sponsored programs.
- Arrowhead Community Events
- School, Family, and Community Support through Emergency Prep, Staff Appreciation, New Family and Special Services support.
