Finance Auditors

• Want to help the PTA ensure that our finances are organized? We need you and a few friends to become finance auditors!
• Approximately 3 hours twice a year to review finance records and sign off with a team.
• Documentation and assistance provided.

E-Prep / Emergency Preparedness

• Are you passionate about safety and security?
• Become the communication liaison between our school, the district and the PTA!

Co-Treasurer

• Help our treasurer with the PTA finances. May include help making deposits, writing checks, keeping the budget in check.   Training provided and responsibilities shared. 

Supply Organization

• The PTA needs you and 1-2 friends to help inventory and organize our supply trailer and provide a spreadsheet.
• Approximately 3 hour commitment at a flexible time that works for you!
• Help us get organized for this year!

Co-President

• Help our current president organize meetings and keep us on track.   Training provided and responsibilities shared. 

Pancake Breakfast

• We need a committee of pancake lovers to run the Pancake Breakfast on March 21 from 8:30 – 10:30am. (earlier for setup) Please contact execteam@ptaarrowhead.org.
