After School Knitting
Thursdays After School ~ January 12 through March 8, 2012 ~ 3:35pm - 4:35pm
No class the week of mid-winter break.
Open to Arrowhead 4-6th Graders ~ Space is limited so please register early.
Cost ~ Class is offered for free, compliments of Arrowhead parent, Heidi Wiggins, however participants must provide their own knitting needles.
Supplies needed for first class ~ One pair size 10 knitting needles (plastic or wood are
best, metal can be very slippery for beginners), 9” long.
Practice yarn has been generously donated by several Arrowhead parents for students' use. Additional optional "project" yarn may be purchased later in the session and is the responsibility of the participants.
Supplies are readily available at Michaels, Jo-Ann, Fred Meyer, Ben Franklin and other area specialty yarn stores.
Complete this registration (click for flyer) and submit to school with your student if your child is interested in attending the class..
