Arrowhead Elementary is often referred to as a small school with a big heart. Our PTA promotes the welfare of all students by providing staff support, fostering teacher, parent, and community cooperation, and enriching student learning. Some of the amazing programs our PTA has funded include purchasing African drums for the music department, providing over $7000 in classroom funds annually, and making sure those that need scholarships have them. PTA is the largest and oldest child advocacy organization in the country. Our voice can be heard locally, regionally, and nationally supporting parent involvement and working on behalf of all children and families. We hope all families take pride in our kids and community and show their support through their PTA membership to help make our voice even stronger.

Art Night
Tuesday, May 22nd - 6:30 - 8pm Gym
Mark your calendars for Art Night! There will be art displayed for every student as well as hands-on art stations where kids can create cool art to take home. The wood carver will be back! For more information, visit the Art Events page.
Sprint into Summer!
Friday, June 8th - Inglemoor High School, 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Calling all Kindergartners through 6th graders!! Come to this Northshore School District Elementary School Track Invitational hosted by our very own Arrowhead Alum, Paige Almond and Maddy Austin. First race event starts at 5:00pm sharp. For more information check out the event flyer and be sure to bring the required permission form.
Talent Show
Rescheduled to June 15th
Due to all the upcoming events, the Talent Show has been rescheduled to June 15th. Registration for talent show is due by May 25th. For more information regarding audition and rehearsal dates and a copy of registration, visit the Arrowhead Talent Show page.
Emergency Preparation
Collections this Month
Have you turned in you $5 to support the PTA/School emergency prepardness program? The funds will be used to purchase water pouches, radios, and heavy lifting equipment. Please donate what you can. A little goes a long way. Checks can be made out to Arrowhead PTA and sent to school with your student. See Emergency Prep page for more information and link to flyer.

Mark your calendars for the 9th Annual Hawk Walk, Friday June 1st, 2012. This is Arrowhead’s main Spring Fundraiser. We will need many volunteersto make this event happen.
